I have rarely had so much fun in my life. This morning, there were free donuts and coffee up in the hospitality suites, and then. . . . . CP Court started at 11, and was beyond hilarious. Basically, the plaintiff would stand to the left of the judge, and the defendant to the right. They would alternately argue their cases, and present defenses in from of the impartial Honorable Strict Dave. (He really IS impartial, despite the fact that he is a Top.) There were such charges as "Misrepresentation of Facts" (which was Katy-Spankwish taking Ian to court because her behavior hadn't improved) and "Leaving Panties in Public Places" (which could, of course, corrupt the poor vanilla people and scar children). The defendant got off on this charge based on a defense of "conspiracy", which, is, apparently true, and has been happening for several parties. I was before the court three times. . . . . First, I took Todd to court for double jeopardy. We argued back and forth, and I lied outrageously. . . . . and the court bought my case. :-D I beat Todd, when he, in fact, had a VERY solid case. He was sentanced to give me 15 minutes of personal service, which is 15 minutes he has to spend doing something of my choosing. Haha. My defense was that pinky promises were above the law, and that Todd didn't take the pinky promise of good behavior. . . . he simply relied on verbal assurance given under diress. . . . and therefore, the aforementioned promise was a moot point. *big grin* Second, I was taken to court for leaving the banquet with several raffle tickets that I didn't hand out when I left. I lessoned the ability for everyone to win, or something like that. I informed the court that I left under diress, and therefore, didn't consider the fact that I should give them out. I also noted that none of the numbers I had were called, and further more, these tickets were unseen, and unknown by anything other than word of mouth, and therefore, all evidence was hearsay. *big grin* Won that one, too. . . . . but Judge Dave decided that I deserved to be spanked for for having four tickets in general, which was NOT part of the case AT ALL. I think he was just scared to let me win two cases in a row. Psh. . . . . Top egos. (My defense on appeal woulda been that I was spanked for doing what Harry was taking me to court for NOT doing. . . . He took me to court for NOT giving out my tickets. . . . . and then *I* was spanked for having extra ones!) Third, and funnest. . . . . . Last night, a Ella and I were sitting with a wonderful switch friend of mine, Gary. It was at the banquet, and Gary was being a bottom and playing pranks on me. Ella reciprocated, and poured salt in Gary's drink and water. *smirk* I returned to the table, and was brutally siezed and nearly spanked on the spot unjustifiably. I was very much confused and frantic as I tried to escape, because I didn't know what I had done! Fortunately, my table stood up for me. Now, Gary was taking Ella to court for doing this. . . . . However, I decided to defend her. I had a very solid case. . . . . I stipulated that Gary was a switch. I noted that he was in bottom mode while pranking us. . . . . and noted that when a bottom pranks a bottom, they should be prepared be pranked in return. The first rule for bottoms at Florida Moonshine. . . . . don't brat unless you're prepared to pay the consequenses. The consequences of bratting a brat is to expect return set-up. *big grin* Well, I also noted that Gary nearly acted out of anger and spanked me unjustifiable, and filed counter-suit. I noted that he shouldn't be allowed to act as a bottom, and then whip out his top hat and put it on. *big grin* Not only did I win the ORIGINAL case, I won the counter suit! Gary ended up getting 12 swats. *dancing dancing* My point! I was congratulated all around. . . . . I wonder how many people next year will take me to court just to see if they can best me. *big grin*
After court, Gary violently seized me and drew me over his knee, and spanked me INCREDIBLY hard. . . . .ok, I'm exaggerating. It wasn't incredibly hard, but lol, nonetheless. . . miscarry of justice! I was also strapped by Topgun for not wearing a skirt the entire weekend. I was loudly squealing that that was IAN'S fight, no one elses, and if IAN wasn't going to fight it, it was no one else's responsibility. It didn't work. :-(
*sigh* Florida Moonshine is OFFICIALLY over. . . . .but there's still plenty of people here. We've got the room through Monday. . . . . but we'll probably be leaving late tonight. :-) Tomorrow, Kentucky. I'm excited. *big grin* Well, for the most part. . . . . I've kinda let my partying take me away from some promises I made. . . . . so we'll see how that goes. . . . . *cringes*
