Gadget Crazy!!!!

So I'm sure you guys have noticed that I've gone gadget crazy over the past few days. I've decided to explain my new gadgets, and the sections of my blog. *grins* Sounds like fun, right??? *clears throat, assumes teacher voice* First and foremost, we have the COUNTERS!!! *grins* Yes, I need more than one. . . . . because they are SO darn cool! *happy grin* I've got the NEOPLANET, which is located in my sidebar to the right. It's rotating 3-D model of the world, and it shows you where in the world my visitors are, via flashing markers. If you click on it, it'll take you on a brief jaunt through space, to a HUGE model of the Earth, and will allow you to access a list of cities from which my visitors come from. Now, that's really awesome effects. . . . . but it only shows you who's here NOW. And that is just not cool enough. . . . . . (I have a HUGELY varying selection of readers. . . . . I've been tracking NEOPLANET for a few days, and I've seen people from 35 countries! *grins* Which brings me to my next point. . . . . . COUNTRIES. I love studying culture and language, and when I started tracking NEOPLANET, I wanted a way to keep track of where everyone was from CONTINUALLY. . . . not just in the moment. So, I found a flag tracker. . . . . which is located at the very bottom of my blog. *grins* I messed with the code. . . . .it now matches. . . . . because matching is VERY necessary. . . . and it will now keep track of my international readers for me! Then, I've got the run of the mill counter. . . . . it's in a cool font, it matches my blog. . . . . blah blah blah. Boring, but needed.

I've got the Keabox, which is an easy way to leave comments, or let yourself be known. I tell you where to find me elsewhere on the web, I tell you about my most recent comments, I tell you about MY favorite blogs, and then, I have a list of links. I don't link with just anyone. . . . . . If they're on my link page, I've worked for them, I know them personally, or I enjoy their page. They might not update often, which is why they're in my link section, and not my blog roll. . . . . In any case, yeah!

I, of course, have an archive. . . . . a really fun and varied one! My posts range from informational, to stupid, to funny beyond all belief, to stories, to examinations of thoughts, needs, wants, desires. . . . . I've got the scattered vanilla posts. . . . In any case, my archives are a fun place to pick through!

So, I'll leave you with an interesting thought. . . . . . have you ever noticed that there is a non-verbal spanko language? There's a definitely verbal one, but there's a VERY distinct non-verbal one, too. More to come later!
