Stress Relief

Coiled, tight, anxious, tense. . . . a spanking often seems to relieve these uncomfortable, at best, feelings. Simple question: Why? To be honest, I don't know. Stress relief spankings are a weird subject. . . . everyone has their own theory, but the truth really isn't known. For myself, I have a nasty habit of locking emotions down continuously. I get wound tighter and tighter, much like a spring, and there are few things that can release that raw, coiled energy. I think that the pain of a spanking serves as an outlet because it gives me something to fight. It gives a physical outlet because I fight the spanking itself, and, as the spanking continues, I give up fighting, and just submit to what the spanking was meant to accomplish. . . . and that is an emotional outlet. It's as if the yelps and cries from a solid spanking provide an outlet for the internal consternation. After a solid spanking, I usually feel balanced and relaxed. Sometimes, if the set-up is right, I will gently be lulled to sleep by a comforting hand on my back after the spanking. The easy-going sense of well being is not easily achieved by any other means. At times, the payoff doesn't seem worth the price. . . . but it usually is.

More general update. . . . . I am working on the logistics for New York, but there is a possibility that it might be postponed. I also didn't get a chance to see BD. . . . if you guys think about it, please keep him in your thoughts. He's having some difficulties right now, but hopefully, they'll be fixed soon. California is still a go, and I hope to shoot AEG soon as well. I hope this update finds you all well. . . . I miss talking to y'all on a daily basis! :-D

  6. I can most certainly relate to this! Dunno why stress relief spankings work. The only thing I can surmise is that the overwhelming pain becomes a manifestation of the overwhelming stress and emotions that are locked tight inside, and forces them to the surface in the form of....well, not being in control. :)
