Simple Love, Duly Expressed

(Story, Fiction)

Here I was again. . . . .sitting in the dark. I looked around me. I noted the familiar surroundings. . . . . . the pictures on the wall, the chair I was curled up in, the paint supplies over in the corner. I shivered as the air conditioning kicked in again. I threw my head back against the Chase lounge and just thought. Here I was. . . .alone. Withdrawn. Hurting. Where was everyone else? Why didn't anyone SEE it? Sighing, I began to shift position yet again as a new sound caught my ear. The stairs were creaking, loudly. Those stairs were like a siren and flashing light. “HERE I COME!!!!” Frustration seeped through me. Great. Here comes someone wanting to be “caring.” Here comes someone wanting to “pull me out of my shell.” The door began moan as the handle turned, and then it popped open. The snap of air greeted my ears as the air tight fit was displaced. Daddy walked over and sat down in the chair next to me. I looked up at him. “Hi.”

“Hi,” he replied. “You wanna tell me what's going on?”

I just looked at him with barely veiled contempt. Did it LOOK like I wanted to share what was going on? Did I even KNOW what was going on? I shrugged and turned away. “Nothin'.”

“Yeah ok. Talk to me.”

With an aching heart, I replied, “I don't have anything to say. I really don't.”

By this point, he was beginning to be a little frustrated. “Why don't you talk to me?” I explained, ONCE AGAIN, that I didn't like to talk about myself. Sorry. I went to pick up some of my things to move them off the chair so I could curl up. It was soo cold in here, but it was one of my favorite spots. It was dark. . . .quiet. . . .small. I like small spaces. They make me feel safe. I stood up as I put them down, and almost fell over.

“You dizzy?” Frustration welled up in me. “NO.” I snapped. “Does it LOOK like I'm dizzy? Aren't I allowed to just be clumsy sometimes?”

“Young lady. . . . . .”

“WHAT?!?!” Once again, I snapped it. What was his DEAL? Well, I quickly found out.

He stood up as he grabbed my wrist and pulled me around to the side of the Chase lounge. He sat down as he stood me in front of him and pulled me close. “I have had it up to HERE with your attitude. You might be depressed, but I will NOT put up with blatant disrespect. Do I make myself clear?” All the while he's talking, I'm standing there, glaring. He has GOT to be kidding. This is so NOT happening. Quickly and deftly, he unbuttoned and unzipped my jeans, at which point I sprang to life.

“Daddy NO! WHY?” I went to step back, quickly.

“Why do you think. I”m not gonna put up with your attitude.” I fought to get him to let go of my wrist as he gave one smooth tug and I handed over his knee. As I felt his legs close around mine, I knew I was stuck. I fought, however, to get up, knowing the price I would pay. His hand blazed across my upper thighs incredibly hard. I cried out in pain as I dropped flat again. He bared my bottom as he began to spank. Slow and steady, he spanked with a side-to-side rhythm. From the fourth or fifth swat in, I was squirming. “Daddy STOP!”

“You tellin' me to stop?” He lost his slow rhythm as he spanked as hard and as fast as he could. In the state I was in, instead of bring me to tears the way that usually did, it made me angry. I began to fight like a caged animal. My strength was NO match for his, though. Effortlessly, he kept me over his knee and kept spanking. The more I fought, the harder he spanked. I was yelling, telling him to STOP. . . .which only made it worse. After three or four minutes, he had had ENOUGH of that. He dropped lower. . . . .to my legs. I screamed as the fresh wave of pain hit. That was the trigger. . . .that's what brought me back. Emotion flooded my body as I started to cry. I felt the material of the chair on my forearms. . . .the air blowing across my legs, and Daddy's hand beating out a tempo on my upper thighs. Sobbing, I tried one last time to push my way up and off of his lap. His sharp, staccato slaps quickly dropped me back to the chair. I laid there and cried. His hand returned to my backside as he continued spanking. After a few more swats, he stopped. “You gonna listen to me?” Sobbing, I shook my head. Unfortunately for me, he couldn't see that. His hand descended again, bring fresh pain and new tears. “Yes sir! Yes sir!” He continued spanking for a few seconds. “Daddy I answered you!” With one last massive swat, his hand stilled again. Sobbing, I just laid there and cried. “You done with your attitude?”

“I didn't have ONE!” I snapped through my tears.

“Excuse me?” He started spanking again, which brought fresh howls of pain. “Daddy! I'm sorry! I”m sorry!” Gasping in pain, I fought to breathe through the tears. After an eternity, I felt his hand still. He rested it on my backside as he asked his question again. “You done with your attitude?” With his hand there as a poignant reminder, I answered through my sobs. . . .”Yes sir.” As he started to rub my bottom, the tears hit afresh. All the pain I'd been locking down the last few days came back full force. Suddenly, though, it occurred to me that I was crying. I took in the next breath and held it. It was the quickest way I knew to stop crying. . . .to gain control of my breathing again. . . .to stop the pain. After a couple seconds, I hear a “Breathe.” I held my breath for a few seconds more, and then cried out as a heavy hand descended on my backside. The tears started afresh. Finally, the sobs slowed. My panties were put back in place as I'm guided to my feet. I was pulled into Daddy's waiting arms, and the sobs took over again. “Daddy. . . .I'm sorry.” The words were barely intelligible, but they were heartfelt. A huge hand stroked the back of my head as it was cradled to his chest. “I know. . . .I forgive you.” He sat down as he pulled me into his lap. “Sweetheart, talk to me.” I buried my head in his shoulder as I shook my head. A sharp swat caused me to break down again. “I'll talk! Daddy, I promise. I'll talk!” I was panicked that he was going to turn me back over. “Easy, easy. It's all gonna be okayyyyy. It's okayyyyy.” I opened up as I told him how scared he was that he was going to leave. . . .that I was too much for him. . . .that he didn't want me. Softly, carefully, he assured me of his love. I was sitting in his lap, calm, breathing normally, as he said, “I'm not goin' anywhere. And neither are you. Do you understand me?” I didn't respond, and he flipped me back over his knee. A soft, gentle swat landed on my backside. His authoritative tone kicked in full force as he said, “Do you understand me?” “I softly said, “Yes sir.” A couple of gentle swats later, he said, “Don't you ever forget it.” He pulled me back up into his lap as he held me close. The love I felt swelled full force in my chest, and I grabbed on as tight as I could. “Daddy. . . .I love you.”

“I love you, too. I love you MORE, and I always will.”
